By providing us with your cell number, you consent to receiving text message alerts.  Citizens State Bank does not charge a fee for mobile or email alerts, but normal data rates could apply with your respective carrier.  Citizens State Bank does not guarantee the delivery or the accuracy of any information requested or provided through alerts, or your inability to access alerts.  Depending on where you instruct us to send your alerts, anyone with access to the email or mobile device to which alerts are sent may be able to view the contents.  I understand it is my responsibility to assure that Citizens State Bank is provided with accurate, complete and current information for the alerts  1) to notify Citizens State Bank if any of the information changes;  2) if service to any mobile device is terminated;  3) if you believe that your mobile device has been lost or destroyed;  4) your mobile device has been accessed without authorization.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment for alerts if we cannot verify information about the mobile device.
